North America Insights & Intelligence (NA I&I) NA I&I combines Shopper Analytics, Consumer Insights, Commercial Intelligence, and Category Leadership to support Sales and Marketing across PepsiCo’s portfolio. Responsibilities This role sits within the Dollar General Category Management Team under the Total Team Strategy/Automation Pillar, bridging high‑level analytics and category management. Key duties include: Delivering Big Bet initiatives such as Team Data Strategy, Total Store, Front End, Shopper Segmentation, and other large‑scale projects. Owning and enabling the team’s Data Strategy, laying the foundation for insights development. Serving as the SME for core data sources and guiding the team on automation opportunities to drive efficiency and accuracy. Using data from 1010, Circana, Quantium, Numerator, and internal research to identify growth opportunities. Creating impactful content that communicates growth opportunities across assortment, space, promotions, pricing, and displays. Building strong working relationships with Dollar General, data partners, and the broader PepsiCo Dollar General team. Compensation and Benefits Expected compensation range: $110,700 – $185,250. Location, skills, experience, and education will influence the starting salary. Bonus based on performance; potential payout up to 15% of annual salary. Paid time off, including parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement, subject to eligibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5–7 years of broad Category Management, CPG, Data Science, and Shopper Insights experience. Experience handling large data sets, relational databases, data storage structures, mining, and cleansing. Highly proficient in Python, SQL, and dashboard technologies. Highly proficient in Circana, 1010data, and Quantium. Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills. Executive communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. Passion for problem solving and continuous learning in technical and leadership skill areas. Knowledge documentation for learning and knowledge transfer. Strategic experience preferred via consulting, sales strategy, or category leadership. Analytical and critical‑thinking skills; ability to link strategies to compelling stories. Project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
