With a strong focus on the corrugated and packaging industry, this role requires a customer-focused approach to building and sustaining professional relationships. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Premier Packaging’s products and services, providing tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals.Key Responsibilities: Outside Sales RepresentativeBusiness Development: Outside Sales RepresentativeProspect weekly through networking, referrals, cold calling, and phone sales to build a robust pipeline.Follow up on leads and referrals promptly and systematically.Develop a strategic plan to build and expand a territory successfully, contributing to Premier Packaging's growth.Client Relationship Management: Outside Sales RepresentativeEstablish and maintain high-level professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations with top clients, as directed by the Sales Manager.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on Premier Packaging's offerings and the best ways to utilize them.Collaboration and Reporting: Outside Sales RepresentativeCollaborate regularly with internal support teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Submit monthly reports detailing prospects, projects, and achievements to the local or regional Sales Manager.Operational Support: Outside Sales RepresentativeMonitor aged inventory and ensure inventory turnover within a 30-day cycle.Work closely with the accounting team to follow up on collections and resolve payment issues.What You’ll Need to Succeed: Outside Sales RepresentativeEducation and Experience: Outside Sales RepresentativeHigh School Diploma/GED required; Bachelors degree strongly preferred.5+ years of industrial sales or B2B sales experience required.
