Brand Ambassadors

Position Overview Brand Ambassadors will support event setup, product distribution, and attendee engagement throughout the convention. Successful candidates will be friendly, proactive, professional, and comfortable initiating conversations with consumers in a busy convention setting. This assignment requires standing and walking for up to seven hours per day across multiple days. Team members must be able to carry a backpack weighing approximately 20 pounds and wear a medium or large event t-shirt. Schedule & Responsibilities Wednesday, July 29, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Two Brand Ambassadors Assist with unpacking event materials and product inventory. Break down cardboard boxes and organize the setup area. Support general activation setup under the direction of the on-site event lead. This setup shift may be staffed separately from subsequent distribution shifts. Thursday, July 30, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Two Brand Ambassadors Meet the on-site event lead at the convention center. Prepare provided backpacks with promotional items for distribution. Engage convention attendees near designated high-traffic areas. Distribute promotional items and replenish materials throughout the day. Friday, July 31, 2026 | 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM Two Brand Ambassadors Support promotional distribution and attendee engagement activities. Maintain a positive, approachable presence in high-traffic areas. Replenish materials as needed and follow on-site direction. Saturday, August 1, 2026 | 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM Two Brand Ambassadors Support promotional distribution and attendee engagement activities. Maintain a positive, approachable presence in high-traffic areas. Replenish materials as needed and follow on-site direction. Sunday, August 2, 2026 | 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM Two Brand Ambassadors Support promotional distribution and attendee engagement activities. Maintain a positive, approachable presence in high-traffic areas. Assist with end-of-event organization as directed. Candidate Requirements Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Able to carry a backpack weighing approximately 20 pounds. Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging directly with consumers. Dependable, professional, and able to follow on-site direction. Able to work effectively in a crowded, fast-paced convention environment. Able to wear a medium or large event t-shirt.
