Family Clinician (Bilingual)
$90k - $110kFAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN FRANCISCO
Family Clinician (Bilingual) Full Circle Family Program (FCFP) San Francisco, CA Agency Overview Felton Institute responds to the needs of our community by providing innovative, evidence-informed social services that transform lives. Our organization offers 60+ programs that address mental health, the unhoused, early care and education, those impacted by the justice system, transitional age youth, as well as aging adults. Our programs combine the latest scientific research with cultural sensitivity and a deep commitment to supporting and reflecting the communities we serve. Felton offers a dynamic, challenging, and supportive work environment where we encourage the use of professional development, that staff can utilize throughout their career. Program Description At Felton Institute's Full Circle Family Program, you'll partner with children, youth, and families navigating trauma, systemic inequities, and complex life experiences. You'll have the opportunity to build authentic therapeutic relationships while delivering care in the environments where healing naturally happens—schools, homes, community settings, and our downtown San Francisco clinic. This is community mental health done intentionally. Our clinicians don't just provide therapy. They advocate, collaborate, educate, and walk alongside families as they navigate systems that weren't always built with them in mind. Every intervention is rooted in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and the belief that every family deserves access to high-quality mental health care regardless of circumstance. The Full Circle Family Program (FCFP) provides outpatient mental health services to children and youth ages 0–21 and their families, accessible through Medi-Cal and, in partnership with the County of San Francisco and SFUSD, Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS). We meet families where they are — in schools, homes, community spaces throughout San Francisco, and our downtown clinic. This work is anti-racist by design. It asks you to get into the weeds with your clients — sitting with and inviting complexity, and seeing the whole person and their whole context, not just a diagnosis, in every assessment, every session, every case consultation. We're looking for our next team member to join us in showing up as holistic healers as much as clinicians — people who bring a strengths-based, culturally responsive lens to every family they work with, and who see equity and healing as the same project. We believe healing happens in community, and that it takes genuine connection — not just clinical technique — to get there. If you consider yourself a social justice-oriented clinician who wants your daily clinical work to be part of a larger fight for a more equitable mental health system, FCFP may be the landing place for you. Job Description As a Family Clinician, you'll provide mental health services for children, youth, and families while partnering with caregivers, schools, and community organizations to create lasting change.
