Composite Technician - Nights & Weekends Job Summary Join an aerospace manufacturing team in Salt Lake City as a Composite Technician working Friday through Sunday nights at $20/hour. This role offers immediate start with hands‑on composite materials work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. What You’ll Do Perform lay‑up, braiding, and filament winding of composite materials following aerospace specifications Bond composite, metal, and laminate assemblies using autoclaves, hydraulic presses, and ovens Cut materials to size and apply bonding agents with precision measuring instruments Control heat, pressure, and timing settings according to material specifications Sand, smooth, and apply sealing resins to finished edges Complete vacuum bagging for various shapes and component sizes Load autoclaves and ovens using forklifts, cranes, and handling carts Monitor quality and perform repairs using inspection and rework procedures What You Bring Required High school diploma or GED Ability to identify prepregs, adhesives, resins, and composite materials Experience reading blueprints and shop orders Comfortable wearing required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, smock, hair net) Preferred Previous composite or manufacturing experience Aerospace industry background Schedule & Shift Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM Mandatory overtime: 48-50 hours per week Pay & Compensation $20.00 per hour Immediate start available - begin within 3-5 business days Your Employment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
