What You'll Be Rockin' Every Day

• Lead and support mining and processing teams with confidence and clarity
• Keep safety and environmental standards front and center - always
• Ensure top-notch product quality and efficient production output
• Monitor production metrics, inventories, and operational performance
• Coordinate parts, supplies, and maintenance needs to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot plant challenges and prioritize like a pro
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations smooth and customers happy

You're a strong leader with a sharp operational mindset and a knack for keeping people and processes moving forward.
You Bring:

• Leadership experience in a high-volume production or mining environment
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with production scheduling and meeting customer demands
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with P&L statements and operational reporting
• A commitment to workplace safety and environmental excellence
• Solid communication skills and comfort working across departments
• Basic computer proficiency

Work Environment

This role includes both office and field work, so no two days look exactly the same. PPE is required while working in operational areas, and the position involves walking, bending, lifting, and staying actively engaged throughout the facility.
