Key Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports
• Perform invoice matching, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• SAP experience required
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
