Strategic Employer Relations Lead

The Virginia Retirement System (VRS) seeks an Employer Relationship Manager to serve as a liaison between VRS and participating employers. The ERM will lead outreach, foster strong relationships, and address escalations from both employers and VRS units, acting as an advocate within the agency.
