Full Time Houston, TX, US Job Posting Title: Facilities Maintenance (Farrell Rd)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Facility Maintenance is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing or arranging for the repair of all building operating systems on the site.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including bus bars, wiring, electrical components, and related equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and components to ensure reliable facility operations. Maintain and repair water well and water lift station systems, responding to operational issues as needed. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines to minimize downtime and support production requirements. Diagnose and repair TIG welding equipment and related systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of facility and production equipment. Identify equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement effective repair solutions. Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices. QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: 3 - 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience Minimum 2 years Electrical experience Experience using power, and hand tools Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, e.g., evaluating symptoms, determining root causes Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred:

EDUCATION:

Required: HS diploma or GED Preferred: 2-year college or technical trade school in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role. Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time or until the end of the assigned shift. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely and properly, as needed throughout the assigned shift with or without assistance. Must be able to bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder height, crouch, balance, and push/pull.
