Social Media Sales Consultant

Rimrock Subaru – Billings, Montana

Rimrock Subaru is looking for dedicated, energetic, creative, and outgoing Social Media Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

This is not a traditional desk-only social media position. It is a customer-facing automotive sales role designed for someone who enjoys creating content, connecting with people online, and turning social media engagement into dealership traffic and vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

● Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

● Produce vehicle walk-around videos, customer-delivery posts, share promotions, and dealership updates

● Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and online inquiries

● Generate leads and schedule customer appointments through social media

● Assist customers throughout the vehicle-shopping and purchasing process

● Develop a consistent personal brand while representing Rimrock Subaru professionally

● Work with dealership leadership to promote inventory, special offers, and events

● Track social media activity, leads, appointments, and resulting sales

● Stay current with social media trends and identify creative ways to grow our audience

● Participate in sales training, follow-up activities, and dealership events

What We’re Looking For

● Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking with customers

● Creative, dependable, and self-motivated

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content

● Ability to take quality photos and videos using a smartphone

● Sales-minded with a desire to build relationships and earn customers’ business

● Organized and able to respond quickly to online opportunities

● Automotive sales or social media experience is helpful but not required

● Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
