Senior Design Engineer

Land Development Civil Engineer A well established civil engineering consultancy is looking to add a Land Development Civil Engineer to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including K to 12 education, commercial, and mixed use developments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Role You will be involved in the design and delivery of land development projects, supporting senior engineers and project managers while developing your technical and project experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare project drawings, calculations, and specifications Undertake engineering analysis, design, and reporting Support permitting processes and coordinate with regulatory agencies Review zoning requirements and assist with site plan approvals Attend site visits to monitor construction progress and quality Collaborate with developers, architects, contractors, and wider design teams Provide support and guidance to junior staff as needed Requirements Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience At least 3 years of design experience within land development Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) Professional Engineering licence (preferred) Experience with K to 12 projects (beneficial) Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office tools Working Environment Hybrid working with three days per week in office after probation Monday to Friday schedule Willingness to travel up to 25 percent What's on Offer Competitive salary with bonus and signing incentive potential Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan and 401k Life insurance and health savings account Paid time off and tuition reimbursement Relocation support available for candidates outside the area #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
