How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by executing personalized care plans in strict alignment with evidence-based clinical policies and organization standards.
• Advocate for patient wellness by continuously monitoring, interpreting, and documenting health conditions to ensure proactive interventions and seamless team communication.
• Champion multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary care coordinator, bringing together diverse clinical specialties to deliver holistic, well-coordinated patient experiences.
• Execute critical medical orders with precision and clinical expertise, translating physician and nursing directives into immediate, high-quality patient actions.
• Shape seamless transition plans from admission through discharge, partnering with the healthcare team to ensure patients and their families are safely prepared for the next stage of their recovery journey.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
