School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Mojave, California

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or interest in working with school-aged children, especially TK-5th and 9th-12th grade
• Ability to adapt to a range of disability severities, from general education to moderate/severe
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and motivation to work exclusively onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultative services to students across multiple grade levels
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication skills necessary for academic and social success
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, IEP-related reports, and student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Support student transitions between elementary and high school as needed
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and inclusive school culture
