As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first impression of our community, helping prospective residents find a home while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Every day is different as you connect with prospects, showcase our luxury community, and help create a positive resident experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct personalized apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and online inquiries Convert leads into leases while achieving occupancy and sales goals Prepare lease agreements and complete leasing documentation accurately Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts Coordinate move-ins and ensure a seamless customer experience Support resident events and community engagement activities Maintain accurate records within property management software Collaborate with onsite team members to provide exceptional service Compensation & Benefits Pay $21 an hour plus Leasing commissions and performance incentives Employee recognition and bonus opportunities AMLI Benefits Apartment rent discounts Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement program Life and disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee recognition and wellness programs Paid Time Off 20 days of PTO annually 9 paid holidays Additional PTO based on tenure What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, energetic, and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a sales-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Apartment leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience or Retail sales, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer-facing experience Build Your Future with AMLI At AMLI, we're committed to creating exceptional living experiences for our residents and rewarding career opportunities for our employees.
