Senior Brand & Growth Marketer – Job Description Build the lead engine that makes AcquiMatch impossible to ignore. Location: Remote, United States. The Austin to San Antonio corridor is strongly preferred. You will run studio days and capture content with the founder at live events, so being close to the founder in New Braunfels, TX is a real advantage. We are open to remote-US for an exceptional candidate who can travel for shoots and events. Due to state employment requirements, we are not hiring in New York or California at this time. Work Hours: Full-time, operating on US Central Time hours. Employment Type: Full-time. Reporting to: Founder & CEO Compensation: Base salary range plus performance incentives tied to qualified-lead generation and marketing-sourced pipeline that bring total on-target earnings (OTE) into the $115K to $135K range. Final package depends on years of experience and proven ability to build a content-driven lead engine. We match buyers to the right business based on skills, goals, lifestyle, risk tolerance, and emotional readiness. It's matchmaking, not brokerage. Our system was built and refined by our expert team through thousands of client deals. The proof: every client we take on submits at least one LOI and they close on business acquisitions at 20x the industry average. The industry standard is that only 2% of aspiring first-time buyers ever close. Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is exploding, and demand for what we do is climbing with it. We currently rely heavily on word-of-mouth and guest podcast appearances. When the podcast goes quiet, so does the pipeline. We're hiring the person who fixes that for good. Your Mission Your mission is to build the brand and content engine that gives AcquiMatch a predictable flow of qualified leads, so we never again depend on a single podcast appearance to fill the pipeline. The biggest lever in that engine is our founder's personal brand. She is our spokesperson and our most powerful source of leads outside of successful client podcast appearances, but that asset is underused. We believe a strong founder brand becomes a business' most durable, lowest-cost lead-gen machine. You will turn the founder's voice, story, and expertise into reach, trust, and inbound, and build the AcquiMatch brand alongside it. You will own our owned channels end to end: the newsletter, blog, LinkedIn and social media, webinars, event appearances, and the long-form and short-form content we build from them. You will take this work off the team's plate, raise the bar on all of it, and turn it into a lead machine that runs without the founder having to feed it. Here's the flywheel you own: when our content earns trust at scale, more qualified buyers raise their hands; when more qualified buyers raise their hands, we close more clients; when we close more clients, revenue grows, and you earn the budget and the team to grow the engine you built. You are at the top of that flywheel. This role starts hands-on. You will produce, write, film, and ship. As you learn our brand and our buyer, you will take ownership of strategy and, ultimately, build and lead the marketing team. This is for someone who wants to build something they can point to and say “I built that.” Who You'll Be Marketing To Read this part closely. This is not a young, swipe-up consumer crowd; this is a different game. Our clients value time over money. They will happily pay a trusted partner to save them time and raise their odds of success. They invest in themselves and are ready for ownership. Who they are: High-achieving professionals, often 35 to 55. Many hold an MBA. Owners trapped in employment, ready to run their own thing. What they bring: $200K to $500K+ in investable capital. An SBA-backed path, so they come to the table with real money. What they value: Time over money. They pay for expertise, systems, and a partner who increases their chance of success. How they think: Analytical, diligent, allergic to hype. They trust proof, frameworks, and people who have actually done it. They are also fun and appreciate a lighter tone. What stops them: The process is overwhelming, they aren’t getting traction, and feel like they are wasting time on unimportant tasks instead of getting closer to ownership. Our content wins with credibility, not gimmicks. Bold and punchy, yes, but always respecting the reader's intelligence and having fun while we do it. If speaking to that person lights you up, you will thrive here. What You'll Be Achieving Own Our Content Engine (and take it off the team's plate) Edit, produce, and ship our weekly newsletter (currently on ActiveCampaign). Our founder writes it and wants to keep writing it. Your job is to sharpen it, be a strategic thought partner on it, make it ship on time, and turn it into the hub we repurpose everything else from. Figure out and action our newsletter-to-blog strategy. Turn each issue into SEO-friendly long-form content on our site so we squeeze maximum value and search traffic from content we already produce. Own our LinkedIn presence, the channel our audience lives on. You set the cadence and the content strategy that builds trust and pulls inbound. Run our webinars end to end. You take the wheel: promotion, setup, registration, run-of-show support, and follow-up that converts attendees into leads. Repurpose the newsletter into long-form YouTube content and short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Manage our studio setup and hire & direct a freelance video editor so content ships on schedule and on-brand. You will handle design in Canva yourself. No separate designer needed on day one. Design support will be added as the engine grows. Turn Content Into Qualified Leads Deliver a predictable 5 to 10 qualified leads per week from owned channels by the end of your first 90 days, and cut our reliance on client guest podcast appearances to near zero. Optimize existing lead magnets and nurture sequences behind them so leads convert to booked calls. Build and refine nurture sequences from our content library so no lead goes cold. Track CAC and lead quality, and protect a high close rate on marketing-sourced calls. Run Paid Acquisition Plan, launch, and analyze paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) to amplify what's working organically and accelerate lead flow. Own the ad budget against a target cost-per-qualified-lead. Kill losers fast, scale winners, and report the numbers without being asked. Build the Founder's Brand & Authority Treat the founder's personal brand as a primary growth channel. The Hormozis and Dan Martell turn founder content into their single biggest source of inbound. Grow her reach, trust, and lead flow, and make the personal brand work for the business. Script the founder for VSLs, short-form, and long-form content. Capture content with the founder, in studio and at live events, and with clients so we never miss a moment worth posting. Build a pipeline of speaking, podcast, and interview opportunities to support brand growth and trust, so inbound requests climb quarter over quarter. Help develop and launch our own podcast when the engine is ready to support it. Own the Brand Guard our brand voice and visual identity across everything: written materials, decks, collateral, and social. Keep us punchy, direct, and unmistakably AcquiMatch, a disruptor to the ETA space. Never boring corporate. Provide oversight of brand usage across the team so everything that goes out is on-brand. Stay ahead of the curve on SEO, AI tools, and new tactics that help us stand out and get discovered. Build Strategy & Team As We Grow As leads, clients, and revenue grow, build out the broader marketing strategy and the team to run it. Collaborate with and support the delivery team on our broker-engagement strategy so brokers know our value and bring us deals before they hit the market. Shape our partnership and sponsorship strategy, assessing communities and opportunities for high ROI. Recruit, manage, and develop freelancers and future hires as the engine scales. How You Operate (Non-Negotiable) This matters as much as the marketing skill. We are hiring a project manager who markets, not just a creator. You own the systems, the calendar, the numbers, and the follow-through. If anything is holding you up, you chase us. We should never be chasing you. You run on systems. Calendars, trackers, SOPs, and a content pipeline that does not live in your head. Nothing falls through the cracks. You are always on top of everything. You know the status of every project, every channel, and every number before you are asked. You read the data and act on it. You interpret performance, draw the right conclusion, and adjust without being told. You manage up. Blocked or waiting on the founder? You chase us. You do not sit and wait. You are fully self-directed. You do not need to be told what to do or followed up with. You set the plan, drive it, and report on it. What You Bring Core Capabilities Lead-Engine Builder: You've built content-driven lead engines before, not just done marketing. You can show how content turned into pipeline. Strong Writer & Editor: You carry a brand voice across newsletter, social, and scripts without losing the thread. Hands-On Producer: Comfortable with studio gear, filming, and directing edits, and you can design clean, on-brand assets in Canva yourself. You ship, you don't just plan. Paid Ads Competence: You've run and read ad accounts and know what a healthy cost-per-qualified-lead looks like. Funnel Thinking: Lead magnet, nurture, booked call, close. You optimize the whole path, not just the top. Genuine Ownership: You can own a channel end to end without being told how. You bring a point of view. Superpowers You make complex, boring topics (business buying, finance, M&A) genuinely compelling and engaging. You have taste. You know the difference between on-brand and almost-on-brand, and you sweat the difference. You move fast and ship. Done-and-live beats perfect-and-late. You're a business nerd who actually wants to understand ETA deeply, you stay on the pulse and bring us updates on the industry so we can always stay ahead. You build scalable systems, not one-off posts. You are strategic. Building a sustainable content moat is superior to one-time virality. Experience 6+ years in content, brand, or growth marketing, ideally for a founder-led or creator-led brand. Bonus: you've helped scale a personal brand (think Hormozi, Martell, Daniel Priestley, Cole Gordon) and can point to the numbers backing that rapid growth. You've thrived in a small, fast-paced startup where you owned outcomes, not just tasks. Familiarity with ETA, SMB, finance, or high-ticket B2C is a strong plus. Willingness to spend extra time getting up to speed will be necessary if you're not familiar. Success Looks Like We have predictable, qualified leads that close because buyers know, like, and trust us before the call. We never again rely on a client guest podcast episode to fill the pipeline. CAC stays low and ROI stays high. The founder is inundated with speaking and interview requests. Brokers know who we are and are excited to bring us deals. The content engine runs on schedule, without the founder having to drive it. This Role Is For You If … You want to build the engine, own it, and eventually lead the team that runs it.
