Lean Specialist 2

Role Summary The Lean Specialist 2 will support the training of internal staff on Lean tools and help maintain Lean transformation processes and programs, taking on increasingly more complex tasks and roles. This position will be responsible for maintaining training/planning materials, assisting in the coaching of project teams, and helping all employees understand and apply Lean Principles to their work while building an understanding of the use of Lean principles in construction. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn. Autonomy & Decision-Making: Follows directions and refers all exceptions to supervisor. Key Role Responsibilities - Core LEAN SPECIALIST FAMILY - CORE Supports the training of internal staff on Lean tools. Helps develop and maintain Lean transformation processes and programs. Gathers information and completes analysis to assess impact of Lean transformation on projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr JE Dunn
