Psychiatrist Opportunity At Johns Hopkins Personalized Care

Johns Hopkins Personalized Care is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our concierge (private pay) Personalized Psychiatry program at Green Spring Station. This is a unique opportunity to practice high-touch, relationship-based psychiatry with extended visit times, allowing you to deliver exceptional, individualized care to adults, adolescents, and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses
• Deliver medication management and psychotherapy services
• Treat patients across the lifespan (all ages required)
• Build meaningful patient relationships through longer appointment times and proactive engagement
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers in an integrated care model

Care Model:

Our concierge psychiatry program offers:

• Personalized Care: Extended, unrushed visits for deeper patient connection
• Integrated Care: Ongoing collaboration with other providers across the Johns Hopkins system
• Flexible Access: In-person and secure virtual visits
• 24/7 Availability: Direct patient access for urgent and after-hours needs
• Treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including: Mood disorders Depression Bipolar disorder Anxiety OCD ADHD PTSD Eating disorders Women's mental health Neurodevelopmental disorders

Requirements:

• MD licensed in Maryland (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Experience with child & adolescent psychiatry (preferred)
• Comfortable in a concierge / private-pay model
• Strong commitment to service excellence and responsiveness
