Campus Facilities & Operations Manager
Minneapolis Institute of Art
The Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) is seeking a hands-on facility operations leader to manage campus maintenance, grounds, and custodial teams. You will drive preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and coordinate with leadership on capital projects and budgets. Ideal candidates bring five+ years of leadership in building operations, strong communication, and experience with CMMS to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient campus operations.
