Responsible for planning, management and forecasting of large expense and capital budgets. This role is onsite supporting our Brooklyn Center Facility.ResponsibilitiesManages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilitiesPlans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costsDesigns and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities departmentOversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansionMay have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standardsMust HavesBachelor's degree and 5+ years of Facilities Leadership experience OR Advanced Degree and 3+ years of Facilities Leadership experience.Nice to HaveFacilities Management experience within large manufacturing and/or warehouse/distribution facilitiesExperience in a highly regulated industryContract Management, Security, Reception, Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Pest ControlBuilding systems experience: HVAC, Electrical, Structural and Building EnvelopeCertified Facility Manager (CFM)Facility Management Administrator (FMA)Ability to read and understand blueprintsExperience managing in a matrixed corporate environmentExperience with financial planning/management/forecastingPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD): $106,400.00 - $159,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
