Dining Services SupervisorMeriwether Godsey is looking for a full-time Dining Services Supervisor responsible for overseeing front-of-house and catering operations at George School, a boarding and day school for students in grades 9-12 in Newtown, PA.Apply between 9/11/26 and 9/30/26. If hired, you will receive a $250 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days of employment.Must be able to work 6a-2:30p, Monday-Friday, with some weekends & evenings based on catering needs.What you will do:Supervise staff and Dining Room and Catering operations to ensure high-quality service standards and presentations are metMonitor and supervise setup and maintenance of the cafeteria area and food stations to ensure quality standardsAssist leadership in supervising and assessing staff needs; supporting purchasing and inventory activitiesMaintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employeesFoster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining effective client and customer-centric relationshipsPotential assistance with catering events as requestedWhat you need:Must be able to pass an FBI background checkAssociate's Degree or 2-3 years of related leadership experienceServSafe® Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employmentWorking knowledge of dining room operations; demonstrated experience in promoting and driving catering programsExperience using online Food Management Systems preferredGrowing knowledge of sustainable practicesHigh levels of professionalism and strong leadership skillsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEmerging leadership skills and strong customer service orientationAbility to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationshipsWhat you will get:Competitive Pay, Uniforms, Meals, Training and Mentorship, and Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, etc.)Meriwether Godsey offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.
