Main Requirements: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, friendly smile upon arrival Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front office environment Manage meeting room setups, client check-ins, and hospitality Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and basic admin tasks Support the operations team with light clerical responsibilities Deliver an exceptional first impression to everyone who walks through our door #J-18808-Ljbffr
