xtract data from ServiceNow using:
- REST APIs
- Direct database views
- Scheduled exports / Data sources
Develop and maintain data pipelines between ServiceNow and Power BI
Work with ServiceNow tables:
- Incident
- Change
- Request
- CMDB

Power BI Development

Design and build interactive dashboards and reports
Develop data models (star/snowflake schema) in Power BI
Create DAX measures and calculated columns

Data Transformation & Optimization

Use Power Query (M language) for data cleaning and transformation
Optimize datasets for performance and scalability
Implement incremental refresh and data refresh scheduling

Reporting & Insights

Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
Build executive dashboards and operational reports
Automate report distribution via Power BI Service
