Caregiver – Set Schedule | $18–$21/hr | St. Paul

$18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential
St. Paul Area | Part-Time & Full-Time | Set Shifts | Paid Training

Comfort Keepers is looking for a caring, dependable, and engaging caregiver to support a wonderful senior client in the St. Paul area.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys conversation, companionship, and keeping a client active and engaged — not someone who wants to simply sit through a shift.

Our client is mobile and enjoys her routines. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, provides companionship, and helps with light household tasks while encouraging her independence.

Current Shifts

• Tuesday: 8 AM–8 PM

• Thursday: 8 PM–8 AM

• Friday: 8 AM–8 PM

• Every Other Saturday: 8 AM–8 PM

Multiple shifts available + opportunities for additional hours.

What We're Looking For

• Warm, friendly, and patient

• Reliable and committed to a consistent schedule

• Enjoys interacting with seniors

• Takes initiative and stays engaged

• Comfortable with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Able to support an older adult with some memory/cognitive challenges

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Scholarship Support for Career Growth

Comfort Keepers is pleased to offer eligible direct-care employees access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program .

Eligible team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training , providing an opportunity to build skills and advance within the home and community-based care field.

Employees must work in a direct-care position for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
