Finance Administrator to manage bookkeeping, accounting, and general administrative responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
Full-charge bookkeeping
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank, credit card, general ledger, and commission reconciliations
Journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end preparation
Insurance carrier and agency commission statement reconciliation
General auditing and financial record maintenance
Database management, reporting, and data entry
Assisting with payroll, employee records, and basic HR duties
RequirementsQualifications:
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Insurance agency experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
