Join Our Team

KC Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. We are seeking someone who can build strong customer relationships, communicate repair needs clearly, and help deliver an excellent service experience.

Compensation

$65,000–$135,000+ annually , based on experience, performance, commissions, and other qualifying factors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their vehicle service and repair needs.
• Write accurate repair orders and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and estimated completion times.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended or declined services.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts, and the Service Department.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals.
• Stay current on Ford products, services, maintenance schedules, and manufacturer programs.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred .
• Automotive dealership or service department experience preferred.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing automotive repairs and maintenance with customers.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
