Role Description The Aircraft Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is responsible for performing routine and scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. Day‑to‑day tasks include troubleshooting aircraft systems, documenting maintenance activities, collaborating with other technicians and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The Aircraft Technician will also assist with aircraft turnarounds, maintain tools and equipment, and support continuous improvement in maintenance processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Aircraft Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to perform inspections and corrective actions safely and accurately. Falcon 2000, Lear 45, Cirrus SR22 and SF50 preferred Knowledge of Aircraft Structures, including airframe components, structural repairs, and corrosion control. Understanding of Aircraft Systems such as hydraulic, electrical, avionics, and environmental control systems. Relevant technical training or certification (e.g., FAA Airframe and Powerplant license. Inspection Authorization preferred or obtainable in the future. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Willingness to work varying hours occasionally, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require. #J-18808-Ljbffr
