Job Description
TITLE: Speech-Language Pathologist

SCHEDULE: Days, 8-hour shifts

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience
- Oklahoma State License
- CCC Certified SLP
- New graduates acceptable if they have Level II experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
- Adjust treatments based on patient progress and document accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
- Provide consultation and counseling related to speech disorders.
