Service Assistant Coordinator BMW of Traverse City is looking for a Service Assistant Coordinator to join our elite service team. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Customer Reception & Coordination: Greet service guests warmly, assist with check-ins, and direct vehicles to the appropriate service bays. Appointment Management: Coordinate service appointments, manage loaner vehicle fleets, and maintain an organized schedule to maximize shop efficiency. Administrative Support: Assist Service Advisors with documentation, repair orders, and follow-up communications with clients regarding their vehicle status. Quality Control: Help inspect completed vehicles to ensure they are clean, ready, and parked in the designated pickup areas for our guests. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or hospitality role (dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Basic computer proficiency (experience with dealership management systems like CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a bonus). A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
