Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. 2. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger. 3. Bring the books to the trial balance stage. 4. Perform partial checks of the posting process. 5. Complete tax forms. 6. Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements. 7. Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner. 8. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system. 9. Provide necessary accounting support to the team as needed. 10. Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. 11. Complete end of month close procedures. Qualifications: 1. Proven bookkeeping experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. 2. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. 3. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records. 4. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in English and in MS Office, particularly Excel. 6. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software. 7. Proficiency in analyzing and managing numerical data. 8. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. 9. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data. 10.
