Bilingual JR Admin - AR/Sales Support

Missouri City, TX|17.00–$19.00 per hour | Contract-to-Hire |Fully on-site |Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual JR Admin– AR/Sales Support to assist the Accounts Receivable and Sales teams. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with administrative, order-entry, sales-support, customer-service, or basic accounts receivable experience. The position will focus on purchase order and customer order entry, customer-account maintenance, payment posting, client follow-up, and general administrative support.Candidates with experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, import/export, wholesale, in-house sales support, or a medical-center environment are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Enter purchase orders and customer orders accurately and efficiently. Review order information for completeness and accuracy. Post customer payments and assist with basic accounts receivable functions. Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and account information. Answer customer questions by telephone and email in a patient, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Make outbound calls to existing customers to assist with order entry and general account needs. Maintain current customer accounts and update account information as needed. Assist with opening new customer accounts in coordination with the Sales team. Provide customers and internal departments with sales-history and delivery information. Research basic product, service, order, payment, and account issues. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager and assist with resolution. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document maintenance. Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years ofadministrative, clerical, order-entry, sales-support,billing, or accounts receivable experience preferred. 1+ years of experience entering purchase orders or customer orders is highly preferred. Comfortable communicating with customers and conducting follow-up by telephone and email. Strong data-entry, file-maintenance, and computer-navigation skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. SAP or comparable ERP-system exposure is highly preferred.
