Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents while ensuring their comfort and safety during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient health and document changes in condition.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Current Colorado nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Experience in long-term care preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Shift Details

This position requires availability for 12-hour night shifts.
