Job Description
CT Technologist - Emergency Department

Schedule

36 hours offered - 2 x 12-hour nights (19:00-07:00) + 1 x 12-hour mid (15:00-03:00)

Assignment Details

Contract length: TBD

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Experience with Siemens FORCE scanners and GE equipment
• Clinical experience in inpatient, Emergency Department, and adult ICU
• Trauma experience preferred
• Experience with Epic and PACS (Visage) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine ED CT scans including CT angiographies, brain perfusions, and multipanar reconstructions.
• Administer contrast for imaging as needed.
• Ensure departmental protocols and safety measures are followed during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff for optimized patient care and imaging outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient data.
• Assist in training new staff and travelers, if necessary.

Compliance / Notes

Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). Candidates must be fully available for orientation.
