This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to maintain a flexible schedule while effectively managing your caseload. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of each client, taking into account their social support systems and personal history.

• Provide individualized, family-oriented, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists, to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans centered around individual client goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning to safeguard client well-being.

• Maintain rigorous documentation practices ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while creatively utilizing digital platforms for records management.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to encourage shared healing and collective resilience among patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at our hospice center includes individuals facing terminal illnesses, their families, and caregivers. Many clients deal with complex emotional experiences related to grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. As an LCSW, your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate these emotional challenges, ensuring that their mental health needs are met while they receive end-of-life care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
