Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own key initiatives across market research and positioning, customer engagement, product launches, and sales enablement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, strengthen our market presence, and enable the success of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Positioning: Conduct competitive research, win/loss analyses, and market assessments to identify opportunities for product evolution.
- Customer Engagement: Plan and execute webinars, industry events, and customer-centric campaigns to build awareness and trust.
- Sales Enablement: Build and maintain sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive analysis sheets.
- Product Launch: Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Power Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Smart Grid solutions is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Management for enterprise software products is required
- Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences at all levels of the organization and customer-facing messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge about electrical power engineering, and T&D network concepts is preferred
- Excellent collaboration and good organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
