OnSite Specialist - Philadelphia, PA

Field-based endoscopy specialist role supporting surgical teams at Stryker. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining surgical equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with clinical staff, and documenting procedures. Position requires flexibility for rotating shifts, on-call availability, and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for procedure readiness
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating needs and providing equipment adjustments
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues independently to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics for compliance
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, biomedical staff, and clinical partners to ensure service quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts with 45-minute response time
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills with independent decision-making ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Preferred: bachelor's or associate's degree; 1+ year customer service or OR environment experience

Compensation: $23.74 - $32.12 USD Hourly
