What You'll Do:

• Provide neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 annual births
• Deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed newborn unit supported by Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
• Participate in a team-based, 3-physician staffing model with collaborative clinical coverage
• Perform daily rounds and oversee critically ill and premature infants
• Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing management of neonatal patients
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support home-based call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a modern facility

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist
• Valid medical license in Georgia or eligible to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work within a flexible, collaborative environment
