Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting or HR professional who enjoys working with candidates and hiring managers and is skilled at keeping the recruitment process organized, efficient, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate applicant information, and providing administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle.

What You' ll Do

• Support day-to-day recruiting and administrative processes to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
• Review and screen applications and resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate scheduling details with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to obtain resume and interview feedback and keep searches moving forward.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Create, update, and close job requisitions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through conversations with active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and help promote the organization' s culture and benefits.
• Provide follow-up communication regarding recruiting status and the offer process.
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation activities, including scheduling, background checks, and preparation for IT/system access.
• Assist with other HR and recruiting projects as needed.
• Provide support to other HR functions based on business needs.

What We' re Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant HR/recruiting experience .
• Recruiting or HR experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting recruitment and hiring processes from application through onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
