Massage SpecialistWe are seeking a Massage Specialist to join our team! As our new Massage Specialist you will:Greet and service members in a friendly and professional mannerProvide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needsInitiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with clientsUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and proceduresHandle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyPromote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat businessRegularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spaRemains current on certifications and new trends in the industryOther duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate would have:Applicable education, licensure and credentials to perform massage therapyCurrent CPR/AED and First Aid certificationPer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15 - $60/session. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
