Our full-time Massage Therapists earn approximately $55,000-$80,000 per year, including tips , with competitive base pay and opportunities to grow. Clients Who Are a Good Fit For You. You must be fully licensed/certified before performing massage sessions in the studio. We love talking with massage therapy students and newly licensed therapists as much as experienced LMTs. Our therapists come from all kinds of backgrounds, including private practice, medical massage, spas, resorts, and other wellness environments.
