Be a creative professional in a super supportive environment.Clinic location: 36400 Woodward Ave, Suite 222, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304Responsibilities include:W2 position, compensation range $61,000 - $90,000, plus full medical benefits, PTO and paid CEUsSupervision offered for limited licensed social workers and counselorsEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolFor full-time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of 20 client hours per weekCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all paid clinical staff meetings and trainingsOther stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role :)Required qualifications and skills:Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldCandidates should have clinical licensure (LPC, LMSW, LP, LMFT, PsyD), or limited licenses (LLPC, LLMSW, LLP)Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash and Kyle Keller when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis.
