Sous Chef Qualifications:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and coach a high-performing team
Strong mentoring, teaching, and motivational abilities to inspire your team
A competitive spirit with a passion for excellence in culinary arts
A love for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences
2+ years of Sous Chef experience in scratch kitchens

Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:

Foster a supportive and productive team environment
Support Executive Chef
Uphold superior food and service standards while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols
Manage operational tasks, including ordering, inventory, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and scheduling
Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and the Events Manager to help plan and support menus and execute special events
