Job Overview Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - AMRET - MO - Saint Louis Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $22 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity Requirements Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening Field‑based role requiring daily travel within assigned territory Strong customer experience skills to educate merchants and ensure program understanding Responsibilities Visit retail locations within assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees, and attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage externally and/or internally Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit Benefits No weekends Weekly Pay (DailyPay Options Available) Paid training and onboarding support Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time Next‑day pay options available Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Company‑provided mobile device and materials Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Reliable transportation within assigned territory Legal Notice – Equal Employment Opportunity We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed; they are celebrated. 2020 Companies is an equal opportunity employer and a champion of diversity and inclusion.
