About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni and Constituent Engagement to provide strategic leadership in fostering lifelong relationships with its alumni, parents, friends, and key external constituencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading innovative initiatives that enhance the loyalty, dedication, and philanthropic support of these groups. This includes overseeing a comprehensive engagement program with a focus on volunteerism, service, and personal and professional development. The role also involves collaborating with deans and leaders to design and execute strategic programming that appeals to a diverse set of constituents, from young alumni to those living both locally and nationally. Applicants for the Associate Vice Chancellor position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, collaborative, and data-driven leader with a proven track record in program development and volunteer management. Key responsibilities include setting annual goals, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies based on results, as well as leading a comprehensive reunion program and working with various internal and external stakeholders to strengthen alumni engagement. The role requires superior communication skills, the ability to work with diverse constituencies, and a deep appreciation for the mission and aspirations of the institution. The candidate should also have powerful management skills, be adept at financial budgeting, and have a strong focus on professional ethics and integrity.
