Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

Gateway Region YMCA

The Gateway Region YMCA is looking for a member services associate to support membership, program and marketing objectives. You will enter registrations into the HRIS, greet and engage with members, and verify guests in Raptor before entry at the branch, while maintaining accuracy in daily transactions. You will respond to member inquiries, troubleshoot issues using Listen First, support the Membership Director, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts and the branch’s strategic goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gateway Region YMCA
