Nursing Home Scheduler

Empire Care Centers is growing and looking for an Experienced Nursing Home Scheduler . If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced nursing home environment, we’d love to meet you.
We’re a close-knit team — truly one big family — and we’re excited to welcome the right person on board.

What You’ll Do

Primary Focus: Scheduling

Create and manage nursing department schedules
Ensure proper staffing levels to reduce overtime and agency
Serve as the point of contact for department heads for staffing needs
Support labor management processes and scheduling software

What We’re Looking For

Prior scheduling experience in a nursing home is strongly preferred (priority requirement)
Long-term care experience required
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Reliable, organized, and able to communicate well with staff at all levels
CNA experience helpful but not required
