Internal Audit Digital Solutions Lead {NYC-Hybrid} (BH-109167) Location: New York, United States Sector: Insurance Salary: $80.00 to $90.00 per annum Job Title: Internal Audit Digital Solutions Lead Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid Preferred – Tue to Thu Onsite) | Remote candidates may also be considered Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract Rate: $80–90/hr on W2 Work Authorization: USC & GC Preferred Job Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and hands‑on Internal Audit Digital Solutions Lead to support the transformation and modernization of enterprise audit capabilities through Data Analytics, Automation, AI, and Digital Solutions. This role will focus on building and scaling digital audit capabilities, driving innovation across audit operations, and integrating advanced analytics and AI‑enabled solutions into the audit lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of Internal Audit domain expertise, Data Analytics experience, AI exposure, and enterprise transformation capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement digital audit solutions and analytics strategies Build and support advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven audit capabilities Drive continuous auditing and control monitoring initiatives Partner with leadership teams to modernize audit operations and digital ecosystems Develop reusable and scalable analytics frameworks and governed datasets Support integration across audit technology platforms, data sources, and workflows Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions Drive adoption of digital solutions through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement Support governance, documentation, and quality standards for analytics and AI initiatives Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Audit Analytics, Risk Analytics, or Digital Audit Transformation Strong understanding of Internal Audit functions, methodologies, and controls Hands‑on experience with Data Analytics and digital audit solutions Experience with AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI use cases in enterprise environments Exposure to automation, continuous monitoring, and audit modernization initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on Experience with AuditBoard / Optro Experience with Databricks or modern analytics platforms Background in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or highly regulated industries Exposure to AI governance, automation strategy, or enterprise risk analytics Preferred Skills: Certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, CRISC, or related certifications preferred Interview Process: 2 Rounds #J-18808-Ljbffr The Matlen Silver Group, Inc.
