Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Direct Support Professional in the Newark, Bear, New Castle, and Wilmington areas. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Provide supportive services for children receiving Transitional Living Services in various locations including residential shelters, detention, day/community services or the child's home * Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services * Document all activities specific to shift or service activity * Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices CLIENT'S HOURS * Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent * Willingness and ability to provide direct care and supportive services as needed * Valid Driver's License * CPR/First Aid Certification * MANDT (preferred)* LLAM Certified (preferred)* Crisis Prevention Institute Certification (preferred) DTG ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health * Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule. * Compensation processed weekly * Access to a broad array of client opportunities * Ability to grow professionally
