Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist I (MRI Tech I) Bozeman, MT Specialty: MRI Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2448 - $2949 | Shift: 4x10 Rotating Are you an experienced MRI Technologist looking for your next adventure? Do you have a passion for advanced medical imaging and thrive in dynamic healthcare environments? Our healthcare partner in Bozeman, MT is seeking a skilled MRI Tech I to join their team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist I, you will play a crucial role in assisting with diagnosis and treatment by performing MRI procedures and producing high-quality images for interpretation. Your expertise in imaging techniques and cross-sectional anatomy will be essential in creating accurate diagnostic images. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with radiologists and other medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Perform MRI exams and procedures as requested by medical staff
- Assist radiologists and medical staff during exams and procedures
- Maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures
- Complete documentation for interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
- Retrieve prior images and related health information for timely performance and reporting
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on scanners
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- American Heart Association BLS Certified
- MRI Technician certification
- Previous MRI experience required
