Executive Sous Chef
Are you an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step in your culinary career? Our rapidly expanding restaurant group is seeking a motivated, leadership-driven Executive Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, develop culinary teams, and help launch exciting new restaurant concepts.
We're building something special with multiple new restaurants, innovative menus, and a team-focused kitchen culture. If you're passionate about culinary excellence, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working in chef-driven kitchens, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000$80,000 base salary, depending on experience

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent execution and high standards
- Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, recipe execution, and culinary standards
- Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Oversee BOH performance, organization, and productivity
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Help manage ordering, inventory, prep, and kitchen organization
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable kitchen culture
- Uphold a guest-first philosophy and contribute to an exceptional dining experience
- Support new restaurant openings and help establish operational standards as the company grows
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in independent, chef-driven, or high-quality restaurant environments
- Strong culinary foundation with a passion for hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor BOH team members
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with an expanding restaurant group
- ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain
