Mechanical Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities & Accountabilities Follow all SHE policies and procedures and promote safety programs Work closely with the Inspection Department on mechanical integrity issues including vessel inspection, API-570 piping inspection and related repairs.Develop work scopes and bid packages for unusual maintenance projects. Work with Procurement to obtain quotes/bids and contractor selection; work closely with Job Reps on field execution.Coordinate completion of assigned action items Participate in area Reliability Teams and complete assigned unit reliability top ten list items.Support Planning under unit Turnaround/shutdown conditions Preparation of plans and schedules for TAR events.Coordinate efforts with site scheduling team to build Maintenance schedule with all operations, maintenance and project tasks.Perform RCFAs of failures as directed by leadership Skills & Knowledge Required Bachelors degree in Engineering required with 1-8 years experience. Previous polymers experience is a plus.
